Two Cousins Drown During Weekend Outing At Lodhiya Kund

Nearby villagers pulled both of them out, but they had died.

The cousins were part of a group of five youths from Indore visiting the forest region.
The group had reached the waterfall after a long trek and entered the water to cool off.
Nearby villagers recovered both bodies, and Simrol police sent them to Mhow Civil Hospital for post-mortem examinations.
Officials warn that deep water, hidden currents, whirlpools and rocky terrain make Lodhiya Kund and nearby picnic spots dangerous.
