NITK Surathkal Honors 2020 and 2021 Graduates
The National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NIT-K) in Surathkal held a special event called the Ring Presentation Ceremony on 29 November 2025.
This event was for graduates who finished their studies in 2020 and 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Over 1,700 students received silver rings with the NIT-K emblem and their graduation year.
The ceremony was attended by important guests, including a successful alumnus who shared his story of starting a business.
The rings are a tradition that shows the lasting connection between the institute and its graduates.
NIT-K Surathkal conducted its Ring Presentation Ceremony on 29 November 2025 for 2020 and 2021 graduates.
A total of 1,731 students received silver rings, either in person or through home delivery.
The 2020 batch included 555 B.Tech, 247 M.Tech, 10 MBA, 10 MCA, 23 M.Sc., and 36 Ph.D. graduates.
The 2021 batch included 475 B.Tech, 253 M.Tech, 17 MBA, 57 MCA, 12 M.Sc., and 36 Ph.D. graduates.
The ceremony was attended by notable guests, including Madhusudhan Ekambaram, CEO and Co-founder of KreditBee, who shared his entrepreneurial journey.
