NJZ and ADOR Legal Dispute Continues Amidst Accusations
NJZ, formerly known as NewJeans, is in a legal fight with their agency, ADOR.
The third court hearing was on July 24.
The fight started after HYBE looked into Min Hee Jin in April 2024, accusing her of trying to take control of the group, but there was no evidence of wrongdoing.
NJZ's lawyers say they don't trust ADOR anymore because the leadership has changed.
ADOR, however, claims the group's attempt to leave is unfair, given the money invested in them and the claim that Min Hee Jin planned the group's exit.
NJZ (formerly NewJeans) and ADOR continue a legal conflict, with a third court hearing on July 24.
The dispute began following an audit by HYBE in April 2024 targeting Min Hee Jin.
NJZ's lawyers claim HYBE's audit unfairly targeted Min Hee Jin with accusations lacking evidence.
NJZ's legal team stated that the ADOR of today is not the same as the one that led to their success.
ADOR argues NJZ's attempt to terminate contracts is unfair given their investment in the group.
