Rezang La Battle: Indian Soldiers' Sacrifice in 1962 War

In 1962, during a war between India and China, a small group of Indian soldiers fought a huge Chinese army in a freezing mountain pass called Rezang La.

These 120 brave soldiers, mostly from a specific community, were heavily outnumbered by over 3,000 Chinese soldiers.

Despite the extreme cold and lack of support, they fought fiercely.

Their leader, Major Shaitan Singh, was injured but refused to leave.

Many died holding their weapons.

In the end, almost all of the Indian soldiers were killed, but they fought until the very end, stopping the enemy.

They were honored with many awards for their bravery and sacrifice, proving that courage and duty are stronger than fear.
