CID Uncovers Financial Links in Karnataka KPSC Recruitment Scam

The Karnataka Public Service Commission held an exam to recruit veterinary officers.

Investigators say some candidates may have received many questions before the test.

They allegedly practised those questions at villas near Devanahalli.

The police questioned 40 candidates and listed 29 as accused.

A former examination controller, Gyanendra Kumar Gangwar, was arrested.

Investigators also found money transfers connected to alleged middlemen.

They froze some of the money and searched homes and other places.

The Karnataka High Court has ordered a new investigation by a special police team.
