Air India, Adani Airports Launch Online Duty-Free Platform

Air India and Adani Airports have created a website and app service for duty-free shopping.

Travelers can look at products before or during their airport journey.

They can pay securely online and collect their purchases at special airport counters.

The service sells items such as perfumes, makeup, chocolates, electronics and spirits.

Customers can initially receive discounts of up to 25 percent.

Some bank and seasonal offers are also available.

Maharaja Club members earn three points for every 100 rupees spent on eligible purchases.

The service is available at seven Indian airports and may expand to more airports later.
