Officials Complete First Phase of Erravalli Government Land Survey

Officials have finished the first part of a survey of government land in Erravalli.

The area is near a farmhouse owned by former chief minister K. Chandrashekar Rao.

Officials checked land boundaries in Erravalli and Shivar Venkatapur.

They used special GPS equipment to map the land.

They also gave notices to 214 farmers and collected information about who was using the land.

Some farmers showed documents about their cultivation.

Officials have not entered K. Chandrashekar Rao’s farmhouse.

They will send all the information to the district collector, and a second survey phase will examine the allegations about occupied government land.
