Congress Criticizes Modi's Speech, Tharoor's Praise

This is despite party member Shashi Tharoor praising the speech.
The Congress has also distanced itself from Tharoor's praise of BJP leader LK Advani and Modi's handling of the India-Pakistan conflict.
