Air India, Air Mauritius Expand Codeshare for Better Africa Connectivity
Air India and Air Mauritius are teaming up to make it easier to fly between India and Africa!
They're sharing flight codes, which means you can book a single ticket for flights on both airlines.
This makes travel simpler because your bags will be checked all the way to your final stop.
They will be adding more routes, connecting more cities in India, Mauritius, Réunion, South Africa, and Madagascar.
This helps tourists and business travelers easily get to these places, and gives people more choices when planning their trips.
Air India and Air Mauritius have expanded their codeshare partnership.
The extended codeshare agreement covers 17 routes.
Air India will place its code on Air Mauritius flights to Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Antananarivo.
Air Mauritius will place its code on Air India flights between Mauritius and Mumbai.
Additional codeshare flights will be available for booking from July 1.
