Oval Invincibles to Rebrand as MI London for 2026
The Oval Invincibles, a very successful cricket team, are changing their name.
They will become MI London, which is what their Indian owners want.
This change will happen before the next season of The Hundred, a popular cricket competition.
The owners also own other cricket teams around the world.
Surrey, the group running the team, is working with new investors, and there will be other name changes in the competition, too.
Oval Invincibles, a successful team in The Hundred, will be renamed MI London.
The name change is planned for the start of the 2026 season of The Hundred.
MI London is the first choice of the Indian co-owners.
Surrey is partnering with the Ambanis, who bought 49% of Oval Invincibles.
