Nepal Issues Fresh Flood Warning as Bhote Koshi Rises
Nepal warned people that another flood might happen.
Muddy water rose again in the same area where a large flood occurred on August 26.
That earlier flood killed at least 469 people and caused extensive damage.
Officials told residents and rescue workers near two rivers to stay very alert.
They said people should move to a safer place if they see danger.
Police received a report about a possible lake outburst or broken water dam in Tibet.
A lake near the Nepal-China border still had water in it and had not fully drained.
Officials are watching the rivers because more water could flow downstream.
