Reasons Why You're Tired: Reclaiming Your Energy
Sometimes, we feel tired even when we haven't done anything physical.
This is because our energy goes to many places, like dealing with people and the thoughts we have.
It's okay to step back from things that drain us.
For instance, trying to get approval from people who don’t appreciate you, or constantly worrying what other people think.
Also, if you're always the one reaching out in a relationship, or always fixing other people's problems, it can be tiring.
It's important to know what takes your energy, and to not spend it where it won’t come back.
Energy is drained by people, thoughts, and situations that don't offer a return.
Chasing validation from those who don't acknowledge efforts is a source of energy drain.
Excessive concern over others' opinions and the effort to shape life around them depletes energy.
One-sided relationships, where effort is not reciprocated, can be draining.
Taking responsibility for things that are not your job to fix also adds to stress.
