Top leaders from India's ruling party, the NDA, are campaigning in the state of Bihar.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that Bihar will stop making small homemade guns and start making big things like cannons and missiles.
He promised to create a special area, a 'defence corridor', to help this happen and also create jobs.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also spoke, saying that the opposition parties are like a 'gun-wielding government' and don't know how to build industries.
He said that in the past, when the opposition was in charge, not much development happened.
