Insidious 6 Explores the Supernatural Realm Called the Further
The Further is a mysterious world in the Insidious movies.
It exists next to the normal world where people live.
Spirits, demons, and other strange beings live there.
Elise Rainier says it is dark and not a place for living people.
Some people can travel there with their minds while their bodies stay behind.
This is called astral projection.
Traveling there is dangerous because hostile spirits can follow someone home.
Those spirits may try to take control of the person’s body.
The Further is a spiritual dimension existing alongside the world of the living.
It is inhabited by spirits, demons, and other supernatural entities.
Elise Rainier describes it as a timeless, dark realm filled with tortured souls.
People with astral-projection abilities can enter the Further while their bodies remain behind.
Hostile spirits may follow travelers back and try to possess their physical bodies.
