Kanpur YouTuber Arrested in Minor Rape Case
A YouTuber named Shivbaran was arrested in Kanpur for allegedly raping a minor girl.
He says he is innocent and is being framed.
The girl's brother said she was abducted and assaulted by Shivbaran and a police sub-inspector.
The police initially did not file a proper report but later suspended the station officer and transferred the DCP.
The sub-inspector is still missing, and the police say he will be fired once caught.
