Ferry capsizes off Guyana coast, 27 dead
A ferry called the MV Barima, which was very old and built in 1939, was traveling from Georgetown to the Essequibo region in Guyana.
It had more than 100 people on board.
Unfortunately, the ferry turned over in the water on Saturday night.
So far, 27 people have died, 69 have been saved, and 83 are still missing.
The government is trying to find out what happened and how many people were really on the ferry because the list they had didn't match the actual number.
They are also looking into why two crew members tested positive for marijuana.
The search area has been made bigger to find more survivors.
