Andhra Pradesh Sets PG Medical Fees
The Andhra Pradesh government has set the fees for postgraduate (PG) medical courses in five new government medical colleges.
For the year 2025–26, the fees are Rs 30,000 for government quota seats, Rs 9 lakh for Self-Financing seats, and Rs 29 lakh for NRI seats.
The National Medical Commission (NMC) has approved 60 PG seats across four specializations.
Half of these seats are for All India Quota, and the other half are for the state quota.
The state quota seats are divided into 50% convener quota, 35% management quota, and 15% NRI quota.
However, this year, there are no NRI quota admissions because there are only four seats per specialty, and only two fall under the State Quota.
