Modi's Bengal Visit Amid SIR Process
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to a big meeting in West Bengal on December 20.
This is his third visit in five months.
He will talk to people in a place called Taherpur, which is important for a group of people called the Matua community.
There has been some worry about a process called SIR, which checks who can vote.
Some people think it is unfair, but the BJP says it is okay.
The BJP wants to get more support from the Matua community, especially because of a law called the CAA.
The opposition party, Trinamool Congress, says the SIR process is too fast and has problems.
The Election Commission of India (ECI) is starting hearings for the SIR process from December 23 to January 31.
They have made rules to make sure the hearings are fair and everyone gets a chance to be heard.
