Pen Drive Submitted to CBI in Disha Salian Death Probe
Disha Salian died after falling from a Mumbai building in June 2020.
Her father and his lawyer have given the CBI a pen drive containing material they want investigators to examine.
They say it includes videos, photographs, witness accounts, phone conversations and other digital evidence.
Lawyer Nilesh Ojha says one video records an alleged eyewitness describing what happened.
He has also made serious allegations against Aaditya Thackeray, Sooraj Pancholi and Dino Morea.
Those allegations have not been established by a court.
Thackeray and Pancholi deny knowing Salian or being connected to her death.
An earlier Mumbai Police investigation found no evidence of foul play.
The CBI is now conducting a fresh investigation and will decide what action, if any, the evidence supports.
Satish Salian and advocate Nilesh Ojha submitted a pen drive to the CBI in Mumbai on September 24, 2026.
The material reportedly includes videos, photographs, witness accounts, phone conversations and other digital evidence.
Ojha alleged that eyewitness evidence implicates Aaditya Thackeray, Sooraj Pancholi and Dino Morea in Disha Salian’s death and an alleged cover-up.
Ojha cited alleged inconsistencies in Naved Mujawar’s accounts about the incident’s timing, police arrival and Salian’s clothing.
The CBI registered an FIR after Bombay High Court directions, while an earlier Mumbai Police probe found no evidence of foul play.
