Blazers Hoopsters Outlast Chargers 34-33 to Win Sub-Junior Trophy

Two basketball teams played a game for a trophy called the Sub-Junior Trophy.

At the start, both teams played great defence, so very few points were scored.

After the first quarter, the Chargers were ahead by just one point, 6-5.

Then the Blazers started playing very fast and scored lots of points.

A Blazers player named Dishi scored 11 points all by herself in the second quarter.

At half-time, the Blazers were winning 22-8.

In the third quarter, a Chargers player named Saanvika scored 12 points and brought her team very close.

The game became super exciting and was tied at 30-30 near the end.

Dishi scored two quick baskets, and then Saanvika made a three-pointer to make it 34-33.

The Blazers kept the ball until the clock ran out, so they won the game.
