Tamil Nadu Launches Over 3,100 Mini Bus Routes
The government in Tamil Nadu has added a bunch of new mini bus routes!
They've launched over 3,100 of them, which is part of a plan to help people in the countryside and places that don't have good bus service already.
These new routes will help connect 25,708 kilometers of rural roads, making it easier for people to get around every day.
Some of the new buses were started in Madurai and Theni, with officials celebrating the launch.
The updated plan lets the buses go further, makes sure new routes go to places that need them, lets the buses use the main bus stops, and allows current bus operators to join the new scheme.
Tamil Nadu has launched over 3,100 new mini bus routes.
The initiative is part of the revised Comprehensive Mini Bus Scheme.
