MeeSeva Centres Become Digital Ad Hubs
The government of Telangana is turning MeeSeva centres into digital advertising hubs.
These centres will help village-level entrepreneurs (VLEs) learn how to create and manage online ad campaigns.
This means small businesses like kirana shops, salons, and hospitals can now advertise online instead of relying on word of mouth.
The initiative, supported by Meta, has already trained over 150 VLEs.
This not only helps businesses sell more but also gives MeeSeva operators a stronger role in the digital economy.
Commissioner T. Ravi Kiran said this collaboration shows the government's push to use technology for public service and rural empowerment.
