ED Seizes Rs 50 Lakh, 3 Cars in Gurugram Search
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) went to eight houses and offices in Gurugram to look for evidence of a big scam.
They found 50 lakh rupees in cash, three fancy cars, and lots of papers and computers.
The scam was about a real‑estate project called Elvedor, where buyers paid money but never got their homes.
The ED says the company used the money for other things and is now trying to get it back.
The case is still being worked on, and the ED is looking at other projects too.
ED recovered Rs 50 lakh cash, three luxury cars, documents, and digital devices during searches at eight premises of real estate companies in Gurugram.
The search targeted Imperia Wishfield Private Limited, Imperia Structures Limited, their promoter directors, and the resolution professional in Delhi under PMLA provisions.
Investigation stems from a Rs 63 crore fraud involving buyers of the Elvedor project, with allegations of non‑delivery of units and diversion of funds to related entities.
ED seized property documents, audited financials, Tally data, and evidence of fund diversion from buyers of Elvedor, Mindspace, and Imperia Business Park projects.
The Elvedor project is now under resolution proceedings, and proceeds from other projects are being quantified.
