DDA Faces Rs 17,000 Crore Liabilities, 34,000 Unsold Flats

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has a lot of money it owes, about Rs 17,000 crore, and many unsold flats, around 34,000.

The government says the DDA is paying its debts on time.

There are many flats available for different types of buyers, like big, medium, and small homes.

The DDA is planning to sell more flats soon, especially in areas like Narela, which is now called Vindhyachal.

They are also giving a big discount of 25% to government employees who want to buy these flats.

The DDA is trying to make Vindhyachal a better place by adding schools and sports facilities.

They hope more people will want to buy flats there because of these improvements.
