Israel Accused of Lebanon Wildfires as Colombia Recognizes Golan

There is a big argument in the Middle East about land and fires.

Israel is accused of starting wildfires in southern Lebanon, a country right next to it.

People say Israeli planes and drones dropped things like flares that set forests, farms and olive groves on fire.

Firefighters tried to put out the flames, but they say a drone strike came too close and made them run away.

Environmental groups are sad because the fires hurt animals, trees and nature that were already damaged by years of fighting.

Israel says it needs to watch the woods because a group called Hezbollah hides fighters and tunnels there.

There is also a fight over a piece of land called the Golan Heights.

A new leader in Colombia, a country far away in South America, said the Golan Heights belongs to Israel.

Only the United States agrees with him so far, and Syria and the United Nations are upset because they say the land belongs to Syria.

Many countries are watching to see if more will take sides.
