Bengal Crafts Shine at BHIA Pre-Christmas Showcase
The Bengal Home Industries Association (BHIA) held a special two-day event in Kolkata before Christmas.
It was like a big show where people could see and buy beautiful handmade things from Bengal.
There were colorful clothes, special fabrics, and even little brass and copper decorations.
The BHIA has been around for 108 years and helps artists who don't have a big store to sell their things.
People who came to the event loved the handmade items and said they would keep coming back.
A special guest from Sweden also praised the event and said it's important for people to support these artists.
The event was a big success and showed how important it is to keep traditional crafts alive.
