Waaree Energies CEO to Step Down in 2026
Amit Paithankar, the CEO of Waaree Energies, has announced that he will be stepping down from his position in May 2026.
The company's board has accepted his resignation and has chosen Jignesh Rathod, who is currently the Director of Operations, to take over as the new CEO.
Rathod has been with the company for a long time and has a lot of experience in different areas of the business.
The board believes that this change in leadership will help the company continue to grow and stay stable.
Paithankar's resignation is effective from May 15, 2026, or an earlier date if both parties agree, and Rathod will officially start his new role on May 16, 2026, or earlier if Paithankar leaves sooner.
