X's Grok AI Adds Image-to-Video Feature, Raising Concerns
X, formerly Twitter, added a cool new feature to its AI chatbot, Grok.
Now, you can hold your finger on any picture, and Grok will turn it into a short video!
It adds movement and cool effects to make it look real.
This could be fun for making old photos move or creating art.
However, it's also a bit scary because it might be used to create fake videos of people saying or doing things they didn't, like spreading fake news or making mean clips.
X hasn't yet put in place any safeguards to prevent misuse.
X introduced a 'Long Press to Video' feature in Grok.
The feature transforms images into short videos.
Users long-press images and select 'Make Video with Grok'.
It can generate realistic movement, effects, and background action.
Safety concerns exist about potential misuse for creating fake content.
