DU VC Singh Labels Students, Filmmakers as 'Urban Naxals'
Imagine a university leader who thinks some students and filmmakers are like secret troublemakers.
He calls them "urban Naxals."
He's upset about things like women students wanting longer hostel hours and filmmakers making movies that he doesn't like.

He thinks these people are ruining the minds of innocent students.
He wants to fight this by creating a counter-narrative and getting rid of those with those ideas.
