Eight BJP Candidates Elected Unopposed to Rajya Sabha from Uttar Pradesh
Eight candidates from the Bharatiya Janata Party in Uttar Pradesh were elected to the Rajya Sabha without an opposing candidate being elected.
The election was part of the 2026 biennial elections.
The candidates are Dharampal Singh, Radhakant Ojha, Prakash Pal, Vidyasagar Sonkar, Gopi Krishna Pandey, Priyanka Singh Rawat, Ram Pratap Singh Chauhan and Shruti Gangwar.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath congratulated them.
