ICRA Limited Q1 Revenue Declines, PAT Rises 32%
ICRA Limited is a company that gives credit ratings and risk advice.
In its first quarter of the 2027 financial year, it earned less money from its main business than the previous quarter, but it made more profit than a year ago.
The company says this is because more banks and other financial firms are using its services.
It also bought another company called Fintellix in October 2025, which helped its risk‑analysis part grow a lot.
After the results were announced, ICRA’s stock price went up a little.
ICRA Limited’s Q1 FY27 revenue fell 6.57% sequentially to Rs 163.4 crore.
Year‑on‑year revenue grew 31.2% to Rs 124.5 crore.
Profit after tax increased 32% YoY to Rs 56.5 crore.
Growth driven by Ratings and Risk & Analytics, aided by Fintellix acquisition.
Shares rose 3.06% to Rs 4,919.70 after results.
