Premier Energies Acquires 34.21% Stake in Transcon Ind
Premier Energies, a company, has bought a big part (34.21%) of another company called Transcon Ind.
They paid ₹250 crore for this part.
This is the first step in their plan to buy more of Transcon Ind.
They might buy up to 51% of it.
The deal was agreed upon on 23 October 2025, and the first part was completed on 24 December 2025.
They plan to finish the rest of the deal by 20 February 2026.
