ICICI Bank Moves Website, Net Banking To .bank.in Domain
ICICI Bank has changed the web addresses for its main website and online banking.
The new addresses end in .bank.in.
Customers do not need to create new accounts or change their passwords.
Their existing user IDs, customer IDs and account details will still work.
Customers should replace old browser bookmarks with the new official addresses.
They should carefully check the web address before entering banking information.
The change follows directions from the Reserve Bank of India.
A CAPTCHA has been added to help protect the online-banking login page.
The iMobile app will be unavailable for some hours on September 19, 2026, for scheduled maintenance.
ICICI Bank moved its main website from www.icicibank.com to www.icici.bank.in.
Its retail internet-banking portal changed from retailnetbanking.icicibank.com to retailnetbanking.icici.bank.in.
Customers can continue using their existing user ID, customer ID, password and account details.
The migration follows Reserve Bank of India directions requiring banks to adopt the exclusive .bank.in domain by October 31, 2025.
