Ara Court Issues Non-Bailable Warrants Against 11 Tiwari Encounter Accused
A court in Ara, a city in Bihar, India, is working on a case about a man named Bharat Tiwari.
Bharat Tiwari died during what is called an encounter, which is when police shoot a person during an operation.
The court believes that 11 people connected to the case have not been cooperating fully.
So the judge ordered the police to arrest all 11 of those people.
The court said these people must be brought to court by August 12.
The judge also asked the police to explain what they have done so far in the investigation.
One of the accused people, an officer named Akshay Kumar, has already been arrested.
Bharat Tiwari's lawyer says the police took Bharat Tiwari's mobile phone and other electronic records.
The lawyer thinks these devices may hold important evidence, like messages or videos.
Now the police have to hurry and show the court what they have done.
The Chief Judicial Magistrate court in Ara, Bihar, ordered non-bailable warrants against 11 accused in the Bharat Tiwari encounter case (Shahpur Police Station Case No. 178/2026).
Police were directed to arrest the accused and produce them before the court by August 12.
