Shah Rukh Khan's Dubai Tower Sold Out
Shah Rukh Khan, a famous Bollywood actor, has a new building named after him in Dubai.
This building, called Shahrukhz by Danube, is a big commercial tower with 55 floors and many cool features like a sky pool and a helipad for air taxis.
It sold out on its first day, which means all the units were bought very quickly.
The building is worth a lot of money, around Rs 5,000 crore.

Shah Rukh Khan described the project as an honour and a symbol of Dubai’s spirit, reflecting the city’s embrace of dreams and ambition.
