AIFF Extends ISL Bid Deadline, Targets January League Start

AIFF Extends ISL Bid Deadline, Targets January League Start

The people in charge of Indian football, called the AIFF, want to start a new football league soon.

They were supposed to pick a company to help run the league, but they needed more time to choose.

So, they extended the deadline for companies to send in their offers.

Some companies are interested, like FSDL, FanCode, Sportsub, and RAAK Group.

The AIFF hopes to have the league games begin in January.

This is a bit later than they first planned, as they had previously told a court they would start in December.

They are trying to make sure the process of choosing a company is fair and open, like picking a partner for a long 15-year deal.
