Meta Tests Link Posting Limits on Facebook
Facebook is trying something new.
They are testing a rule where people can only post two links in their posts unless they pay for a special service called Meta Verified.
This service costs between ₹639 and ₹21,000 per month.
The rule doesn't apply to links in the comments section.
Right now, only people who use Professional Mode or have Facebook Pages are part of this test.
Facebook says they are doing this to see if paying members get more benefits.
Publishers, who share lots of news and articles, are not included in this test.
Meta is testing a limit of two links per post for non-Meta Verified users on Facebook.
Meta Verified subscription costs range from ₹639 to ₹21,000 per month.
The test applies to users with Professional Mode and Facebook Pages.
Links in comments are not restricted.
Publishers are not included in this test.
