Bihar CM's Katihar Visit Canceled Due to Bad Weather

The Chief Minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar, couldn't go to Katihar because it was raining too hard.

He was supposed to show off a statue of a famous writer and talk to people.

This is the second time the trip has been stopped by bad weather.

Everyone was disappointed, especially since a lot of people were already waiting.

The government is trying to find another day for the visit so the Chief Minister can still meet everyone and talk about important things.
