Telangana Congress Ministerial Aspirants' Silence Gives Revanth Reddy Breather

Telangana Congress Ministerial Aspirants' Silence Gives Revanth Reddy Breather

Some Telangana Congress leaders wanted to become ministers and had criticised the Chief Minister.

Recently, they have mostly stopped speaking against him in public.

This has given Chief Minister Revanth Reddy more time to focus on other matters.

Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy even honoured the Chief Minister at a public meeting.

He said this followed an assurance that the Dindi project would be completed.

Rajgopal Reddy also said the party’s national leaders would make the final decision about ministerial posts.

Konda Surekha and Konda Murali have also said they are waiting for guidance from those leaders.

However, another Congress leader questioned whether the quiet period will last.

There are currently no signs of an imminent Cabinet expansion or reshuffle.
