RCML Preserves Arunachal Tribes' Oral Traditions Through Field Study
A research institute called RCML did a study in Arunachal Pradesh to save the stories and languages of some local tribes.
They went to three communities: Sajolang, Aka, and Sherdukpen.
They collected old stories and information about how people speak.
The study happened in July.
The goal is to keep these stories alive, so they're making books with pictures to help kids read them.
This way, the stories can be passed down from older people to younger people.
