Abishek Porel is a cricket player who plays for the Delhi Capitals and for Bengal.

Late one night, police arrested him because someone said he did something very bad.

The person said he hurt them, which is called sexual assault.

The police took him to a court in Chinsurah on Tuesday.

The case first started on June 23.

A very important court called the Calcutta High Court is watching the case.

The judge told police to find and take away devices, like phones, that may have private pictures.

The judge said this is to protect the person who made the complaint.

Police told the court they caught one of the people they were looking for.
