ASEAN Ministers Address Myanmar, South China Sea in Cebu

ASEAN foreign ministers met in the Philippines to talk about important problems in their region.

They discussed Myanmar's recent elections, which were not fair because the opposition didn't participate.

Some countries think there might be some good things from the elections, but they don't fully support them.

The ministers also talked about making rules for the South China Sea to prevent fights over territory.

Additionally, they discussed a border dispute between Thailand and Cambodia, where a fragile ceasefire is in place.

The Philippines wants to finish these rules this year and is working to help with the border conflict.
