The incident was said to happen while the child was playing with other students during a break.

His father later noticed injuries on the child’s face, hand and elbow.

The child reportedly became scared and did not want to go back to school.

His father said the principal warned him not to complain.

The father eventually went to the police on August 26.

Police filed a case and are investigating what happened.

An audio recording allegedly includes the principal apologising and acknowledging a mistake.
