Police Achievements and Crime Statistics in 2025

In 2025, the police in Bhadradri-Kothagudem and Warangal districts reported their achievements and crime statistics.

In Bhadradri-Kothagudem, 326 Maoists surrendered, and narcotics worth nearly ₹30 crore were seized.

Overall crime in the district increased by 9.65%, with 6,180 cases registered.

There were 23 murder cases and 83 rape cases.

Crimes against women declined by 8.57%, and 70 narcotics-related cases were registered.

The police also resolved 20,595 cases through Lok Adalats and registered 15,347 drunk-and-drive cases.

In Warangal, crime increased marginally by 0.53%, with 14,456 cases registered.

There were 36 murder cases and 405 POCSO cases.

Crimes against women declined by 3.6%, and 195 NDPS cases were registered.

The police seized drugs worth ₹8.62 crore and busted 14 inter-state gangs.

They also registered 630 cybercrime cases and reported 1,424 traffic accident cases.
