Congress Flags Bhagat Singh Photo in Ludhiana Voter Roll
Congress leaders said a voter list showed a picture of Bhagat Singh next to one person’s name.
They pointed to an entry in Ludhiana East, at serial number 422.
One Congress leader also alleged that other entries had incorrect photographs.
The district election office said the claim was misleading.

Congress leaders said a photograph of Bhagat Singh appeared beside a voter’s entry at serial number 422 in Part 38 of Ludhiana East’s draft electoral roll.
Sanjay Talwar also alleged incorrect photographs at serial numbers 5, 69, 397, 410, 747, 750, 983 and 990.
Amarinder Singh Raja Warring highlighted the apparent error on social media and expressed outrage.
