Manjula Padmanabhan Completes Meiji Trilogy With Long-Awaited Zone
Manjula Padmanabhan has written the final book in her Meiji trilogy.
The book is called “Zone”.
It comes ten years after the second book, “The Island of Lost Girls”.
Meiji is the only young woman left from her birth-culture.
She travels through a dangerous future land called the Zone.
She gets into trouble when a giant flying lizard named Smaug loses control during a game.
Meiji must try to avoid punishment and decide how she wants to live.
She travels with Aila and two giant birds while facing bounty-hunters and difficult feelings.
The first two books are also being released with new covers.
