Samsung Galaxy S26 Release Date Likely Later Than Usual
Samsung usually releases its new top phones around January or February.
This year, the new Galaxy S26 phones might come out a bit later than expected.
There was some talk about Samsung changing the phone lineup, maybe not releasing the 'Plus' version.
However, a report says they will bring back the 'Plus' model, so we'll likely see three phones again: the regular S26, the S26 Plus, and the S26 Ultra.
The special 'Ultra' version is expected to be ready to make in December.
But the regular and Plus versions need a little more work, so they won't start being made until early next year.
This means the launch for those phones will probably be later than Samsung's usual schedule.
Samsung is reportedly shifting the Galaxy S26 lineup launch to a later date than its recent typical schedule.
There is confirmation that Samsung will release a Galaxy S26 Plus model, returning to a three-model lineup.
The mass production for the regular Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26 Plus is scheduled for early next year.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra is slated to begin mass production in December.
The delay for the S26 and S26 Plus is due to the company still making adjustments to the models.
