China's Industrial Profits Fall Sharply in November
China's factory profits dropped a lot in November, even more than the month before.
This is the second month in a row that profits have gone down.
The whole year's profits are barely growing, which shows the economy is slowing down.
Some parts like making airplanes and electronics are doing okay, but mining, especially coal, is doing very badly.
Experts say this might make companies invest and hire less.
The government hasn't announced new help yet, but some people think they should do more to help the economy.
China's industrial profits fell 13.1% year-on-year in November, worse than October's 5.5% decline.
Profits for January-November rose just 0.1%, down from 1.9% in January-October.
Manufacturing profits grew 5% in 11 months, while mining profits declined sharply.
Weak domestic demand, deflation, and falling investment are key factors in the downturn.
Analysts warn the profit decline could reduce corporate investment and hiring.
