Nepal Situation Improves; India Issues Travel Advisory

Nepal's former Prime Minister, KP Sharma Oli, said he didn't order police to shoot protesters.

He blamed violence on infiltrators and called for a probe.

The Indian Embassy issued a travel advisory, urging caution.

Road transport and flights have resumed.

Oli said the protests turned violent because of infiltrators.

The protests were caused by a social media ban and anger about corruption, resulting in 74 deaths.
