Amazon Expands Bazaar as Affordable Shopping Platform Across India

Amazon Bazaar is a part of Amazon that sells inexpensive products.

It now has more than 3 crore products, and every item costs less than ₹500.

About 80% of the products cost less than ₹300.

Many people are using Bazaar as their first way to shop on Amazon.

Amazon says Bazaar has grown five times and is becoming popular in smaller Indian cities.

The service is also available in 15–16 countries under names such as Bazaar and Amazon Haul.

Amazon is putting Bazaar products directly into its main app so more shoppers can find them.

It is also using artificial intelligence to help sellers choose products and prices.

More than 1.5 lakh sellers are currently active on Bazaar.
